NEWS

September 2007

I am retiring from all healing work now at the instructions of my spirit guides who have withdrawn their healing input. It has been a fascinating, intense and humbling  ten years and despite a deep exhaustion I have been unable to throw off, I have a strong sense that there is a new spiritual phase ahead and although I will miss the work and my clients very much, I am excited by the next developments. I am not able to tune into people anymore and am no longer available for advice or any further consultation.

I hope in time to extend the healing programmes on my other website www.thebodytalks.com into other illnesses in time, drawing from the many cases that have been so successful. The current programme available for ME and Chronic Fatigue is very powerful and comprehensive and will address many different illnesses and boost the immune system. A strong immune system is vital to help the body fight any other problems you may be experiencing.  If you have any unexplained illness or complaint, it is imperative you use a zapper to eliminate the possible presence of parasites.  Hundreds, and I don't exaggerate, of strange unexplained conditions have proven to be caused by their invisible presence.

It is also important that the zapper is used as laid out in my programme. I have never sold any products as I believe in free choice and never wanted to appear as if I was pushing things on people to boost my profits, but the zapper I sell had to be an exception.  There are many on the market of varying quality and price and I tried as many as possible in the beginning.  The only make I found I could trust and which worked time and again, was the one I now sell.  They are each made personally by a brilliant chap in the States to my (or rather the guides') recommendation and I cannot guarantee that my programmes will work with any other model. They are worth the investment.  I do not have many left in stock and will not be getting more as things stand.  They are so incredible it was always in the back of my mind I should start a campaign, "Every Household should have One!"  But I have never had the inclination nor been any good at marketing.

I would like to thank the 3300 clients who have sought my help over the last 8 years.  Where you did what the guides suggested miracles repeatedly happened, though the programmes they dictated through me were often very tough and took great faith and perseverance. It has been an extraordinary journey in understanding illness and healing.   The guides are now working with me and putting me into complete retreat for a while, before the new work they have in mind for me is revealed. They are very clear it will not be in healing again. As 2012 approaches all lightworkers will be called to attention.  Stay awake!

Healing is a choice and a commitment to leave no stone, physically, emotionally and spiritually, unturned. Turn to the light and seek spiritual understanding and enlightenment.   I wrote in faith back in 1999 that we are never alone.  I now know beyond a shadow of doubt that this is always true.  God bless you.

Recommended reading:     Actually these are compulsory and urgent reading for anyone who is human.

The Book of Urantia         Go to www.urantia.org to order
(particularly the last chapter of the account of Jesus life, as remembered on the other side, by those who were with him on earth, and channeled through to a group of unnamed people back in 1934.  If you have ever tried to go to Church and felt something wasn't right, you will know why having read this.)

The St Germain prophecies  (2 books available)   Go to www.sanctusgermanus.net

BODY SHOP  Ginger anti-dandruff shampoo.

In Vital Food Facts and 90 day Diary, I recommend this shampoo as being one of the few that always tested okay for people with SLS and other shampoo ingredients sensitivities.  It was a wonderful shampoo and always left your hair in beautiful condition.  I even used it on my dog as it was the only shampoo that didn't cause his ultra sensitive skin to break out.

Sadly, Body Shop have changed the formula and it is now full of bad things.  Please don't use it anymore.  I am still on the search for a new shampoo that really cleans hair without giving a reaction.  There are several natural shampoos on the market and I am working through them, but still haven't found one I really like.  I will keep you posted.

EGGS

Finally the news I have been waiting for.  Having stuck my neck out for ten years and put people on the number of eggs their bodies repeatedly asked for - between 8 and 14 a week with a maximum of 28!!, science has finally caught up. I have more than 30 cases of high cholesterol dropping to normal levels and coming off all medication by eating 2 eggs a day and cutting out transfats, sugar and alcohol, the bad foods which actually cause high bad cholesterol to be produced by the body.  Organic or free range only. And please read my book The Body Talks, Heal Your Weight, Stop Digging Your Grave with your Knife and Fork.

Please see this paper that I wrote in 2002 on eggs and cholesterol and begin eating eggs!       The Cholesterol Myth

Cracking news! Eggs are the new superfood

Eggs have long been demonised as being bad for the heart. Yet new research suggests that this is not only untrue, but that eggs could even be considered a 'superfood'.

Eggs could actually protect against heart disease, breast cancer and eye problems and even help you to lose weight.

For years people assumed eggs were bad for cholesterol levels. But a review just published in the British Nutrition Foundation’s Nutrition Bulletin found they ‘have no clinically significant impact’ on heart disease or cholesterol levels.

Dr Bruce Griffin of the University of Surrey’s school of biomedical and molecular science analysed 30 egg studies, among them one from Harvard University which showed people who consumed one or more eggs a day were at no more risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease than non-egg eaters.

Egg yolks contain cholesterol, but nutritionists now know it is the saturated fats in food, not dietary cholesterol, that raises blood cholesterol levels, a risk factor for heart attacks.

‘To view eggs solely in terms of their dietary cholesterol content is to ignore the potential benefits of eggs on coronary risk factors, including obesity and diabetes,’ Dr Griffin says.

Eggs are actually good for you. ‘They are rich in nutrients,’ says Joanne Lunn, nutrition scientist at the British Nutrition Foundation. One egg provides 13 essential nutrients, all in the yolk (egg whites contain albumen, an important source of protein, and no fat).

Lunn says eggs are an excellent source of B vitamins, which are needed for vital functions in the body, and also provide good quantities of vitamin A, essential for normal growth and development.

An egg’s vitamin E content protects against heart disease and some cancers; there’s also vitamin D, which promotes mineral absorption and good bone health.

Eggs are rich in iodine, for making thyroid hormones, and phosphorus, essential for healthy bones and teeth.

Teenage girls who eat an egg a day may give themselves additional protection against breast cancer in later life, according to a study in the journal Breast Cancer Research.

It is the essential nutrients in eggs, such as amino acids, vitamins and minerals, that may be responsible for this protection.

Egg yolks contain the nutrients lutein and zeaxanthin, which could help to prevent or even reverse the age-related eye problem macular degeneration (MD).

This is one of the leading causes of blindness and occurs as a consequence of getting older — however, low lutein intake is implicated as a risk factor.

Eggs are also low in calories — a large egg contains only 75 calories and 5 grams of fat — and other research suggests they can help you lose weight. A study published last year in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition looked at the breakfast habits of obese women.

Scientists from the Wayne State University in Detroit found that when the women were given either an egg or bagel breakfast, each providing the same number of calories, the women eating the eggs felt fuller and consumed fewer calories overall in the following 24 hours.

Health experts used to recommend a maximum egg consumption of three a week to avoid a rise in blood cholesterol levels. But since evidence has shown that it is saturated fat intake that affects cholesterol, advice has changed.

Now the Government’s Foods Standards Agency (FSA) says there is no limit as long as they form part of a healthy, balanced diet.

According to the Food Standards Agency, ‘there’s nothing wrong with having them fried occasionally’. If you do want a fried egg, use oil that is high in unsaturated fat, such as sunflower oil. Drain off as much of the oil as you can, and it will also help to pat the egg with some kitchen paper before eating.

And while eggs added as ingredients to foods such as cakes and pasta will provide the same nutrients, you need to be careful the end product is not high in sugar and fat.

According to the British Egg Information Service, storing eggs correctly is vital to maintaining their freshness and nutrient content.

They advise buying eggs only from a reputable retailer, keeping them in the fridge in their box and eating by the use-by date.

Testimonials....

Thanks for your prompt reply Judy, I was out in Dubai in April and came across your book, I have had fantastic results already, the “bubblewrap” has fallen off my body, if I have any idea it would be so simple to reclaim my body I would have done it years ago!!!!    I am spreading “the word”,   thank you.   Sandra,  Ireland

My colleague and friend, xx, was a client of yours and she recommended that I read your book, which she was kind enough to lend me.  I am on week 3 of your detox and feel great!  I have struggled with my weight my entire life and was anorexic as a teenager.  I always either ate too much or starved myself up until about 2 years ago when I just couldn’t starve myself anymore and ate the wrong foods for too long.  I went up to 69 kilos (I am only 5’5’’ and 29 yrs old) and looked and felt awful.

The most difficult and frustrating thing is that even when I starved myself, I just couldn’t lose weight anymore.  I even went to the extreme of taking Phentermine and that didn’t work (aside from the fact that it is absolutely awful for the body and mind).

Since starting your program, I have lost 3 kilos but look narrower and feel more energetic.  I still need to lose about 6 kilos and have been sticking to the program religiously.  I want to get copies of the book for friends and family too!

Thank you for your work.
